To get QR-code every foreign citizen should take PCR-test for COVID-19.
When contacting the Laboratory, a foreign citizen should have following documents: passport and document confirming the right to stay on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Medical worker in the Laboratory will help to complete the form, in which foreign citizen should put in passport number, birth date, telephone number of Russian mobile operator (Park Tower Hotel reception +7 964 517 84 12), email address and other personal data. It is important that full name in the Laboratory form must be the same as in confirmation paper provided by hotel.
Results of PCR-test will be sent by Laboratory to EMIAS system and to personal e-mail of foreign citizen provided upon registration at the Laboratory.
After receiving email with negative PCR-test result for COVID-19, foreign citizen should sign up to web-site immune.mos.ru with assistance of a hotel employee.
