Terms and conditions
Park Tower hotel (ex. "Molodyozhny" hotel) is assigned "FOUR STAR" category as per certificate of assigning a category for a hotel or any other accommodation means No.77/41/627-2019 dtd 20.11.2019, validity period from 20.11.2019 till 19.11.2021.
Park Tower hotel provides hotel services in accordance with the Rules for providing hotel services in Russian Federation signed into law by the Decree of the Government of Russian Federation No.1085 dtd October 9, 2015 (onwards called as Rules).
Advance Room booking in "Molodyozhny" hotel can be effected as follows:
- By using online booking form at present official hotel website www.hcm.ru or at hotel pages in social networking services and respecting the terms in rate description and booking forms as well as payments conditions, cancellation and changing of booking.

- By sending an email inquiry to email@example.com
- In Sales Department of the hotel at the address Moscow, Dmitrovskoe schosse 27, bldg 1
- Through agencies and booking systems presenting the hotel, respecting the terms in rate description and booking forms as well as payments, cancellation and change of booking conditions.
If online booking doesn't stipulate any other then change and cancellation of booking are accepted not later than 24 hours before check-in date. In case of inappropriate booking cancellation or not arrival, Hotel has the right to keep the cost of the first 24 hours of accommodation if other conditions are not mentioned in online booking form.
Guest can be accommodated in the Hotel without any advance booking upon availability of free rooms.
Accommodation in the Hotel
Hotel accommodation is provided on the condition of pre-payment and presenting by the Guest an identity paper formalized in established order including (in accordance with item 19 of the Rules):
a) Passport of the Citizen of Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of Russian Federation at the territory of Russian Federation;
b) Passport of the citizen of the USSR proving the identity of the citizen of Russian Federation before its replacement with the passport of the citizen of Russian Federation in the stated period of time;
c) Birth Certificate for the persons under the age of 14;
d) Passport proving the identity of the citizen of Russian Federation beyond the borders of Russian Federation, - for a resident citizen outside the territory of Russian Federation;
e) Passport of foreign citizen or any other document determined by federal statute or recognized by international agreement of Russian Federation as an identity paper proving the identity of the foreign citizen;
f) Document issued by the foreign state and recognized in accordance with the international agreement of Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a person without citizenship;
g) Permit to reside for the persons without citizenship;
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time - after 2 p.m.
Check-out time - before 12 p.m.
You may apply for early check-in or late check-out upon availability of free rooms.
Depending on a season or busyness of the Hotel early check-in or late check-out can be available on extra or free of charge basis.
Accommodation with children
Accommodation of children under age of 7 without separate bed is free of charge (in case of family accommodation and payment for 2 (two) adults in the room). Accommodation of children age 7 up is for full amount. Additional bed in the room is on inquiry. Please consider that additional bed can't be placed in any room. When booking, please choose accommodation with additional bed.
Accommodation of people with disabilities
There are few hotel rooms equipped especially for people with reduced mobility. Hotel guarantees specially equipped room if that was stated in booking form and availability was confirmed by the Hotel.
This notification can be made in special comments field during on-line booking.
